“The whole team – management, nursing, ancillary and kitchen staff – know the residents’ likes, dislikes and ‘little ways.’ They became family to Mum.”

Kirby Grange in Leicestershire is a family-run business owned by Geoff and his wife Zo, who have over 25 years of experience in the care industry. The couple acquired Kirby Grange in 2001 and work day to day with their daughter Hannah (Operations Director) and son Michael (Finance Director) to operate Kirby Grange as part of a six-strong group of residential care and nursing homes across the country.

The  Butcher family  is committed to offering exceptional residential, nursing, and specialist care to everyone who chooses to live in their care homes. The family works closely with Kirby Grange’s Registered Manager Laura and Deputy Manager Maria to ensure that their commitment and values are embedded in all aspects of residents’ care.

The skilled and caring team at Kirby Grange has decades of cumulative knowledge and experience and a very high reputation for their genuinely loving care. All members of our care team are fully qualified and passionate about delivering high quality, compassionate care, with specialisms in dementia and Alzheimer’s care.
