Our commitment

The family is committed to consistently offering the highest level of care to all the care homes’ residents, and work closely with Evendine House Care Home’s Registered Manager to ensure that our commitment and values and culture are embedded in all aspects of care. The family is in constant communication with management and staff and can be contacted 24/7 by relatives or residents.

We work with the care team at Evendine House Care Home to create a true home for all residents, with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and excellent standards of care in an intimate, country house setting. All aspects of residents’ care are considered through personalised care plans, created collaboratively with our expert care team, our residents and their families: you can rest assured that loved ones are cared for and valued in our small community.

As with all our care homes, we are passionate about using the latest technology at Evendine House Care Home as part of our commitment to providing the best possible care for our residents. We recognise the immense potential of correctly-applied technology to improve residents’ quality of life; we have invested in state-of-the-art equipment and software to ensure that we remain at the forefront of technological innovation in the care home industry. Our digital systems enable us to improve safety and quality of life while streamlining processes by eliminating paper trails – granting more time for staff members to dedicate directly towards providing personal care for our residents.
