Holmer Manor in Herefordshire is a family-run business owned by Geoff and his wife Zo, who have over 25 years of experience in the care industry. The couple acquired Holmer Manor in 2019 and work day to day with their daughter Hannah (Operations Director) and son Michael (Finance Director) to operate Holmer Manor as part of a six-strong group of residential care and nursing homes across the country.
The Butcher family is committed to offering exceptional residential, nursing, and specialist care to everyone who chooses to live in their care homes. The family works closely with Holmer Manor’s Registered Manager KateKateand Deputy Manager TracyTracy to ensure that their commitment and values are embedded in all aspects of residents’ care.

Our team members wear colour-coded uniforms, making it easy for you and your family to identify who does what and who can help with specific needs. We are proud to maintain some of the highest staff-to-resident ratios in the care system – feel free to ask to view the rota when you visit!
