With over 30 years of experience in health and social care, I bring a deep commitment to delivering safe, compassionate, and person-centred care.
As the Registered Manager at Northleach Court, I lead the home with a focus on dignity, respect, and continuous improvement, ensuring that every resident receives high quality, individualised care. Throughout my career I have developed strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of CQC regulatory requirements. My priority is to ensure Northleach Court consistently meets and exceeds the standards expected of a well-led service.

What drives me is the desire to make a real difference in the lives of older people, providing a home where they feel safe, respected and being able to live with dignity and purpose. At Northleach Court my goal is to create a warm, inclusive environment where residents thrive, and families have complete confidence in the care we provide.

I love working here because it couldn’t be further from the stereotype of a dull, lonely care home: Northleach Court truly feels like a community, the relationships I build with residents and their loved ones reminds me every day why I am here: there is a genuine sense of warmth, belonging, and purpose within our home.

In my spare time I enjoy time with my family and friends. I love taking my dog for walks, and I have a passion for attending ballets, theatre performances and live shows.

Throughout her career, she has held a variety of senior management roles, developing a wealth of knowledge in leadership, governance, and regulatory compliance.With a proven track record in supporting and leading inspections, Leigh-Anne has consistently ensured that services meet and exceed required standards. She is highly experienced in staff management and development, fostering positive team cultures and empowering colleagues to deliver high-quality care.Leigh-Anne is deeply passionate about providing person-centred, dignified care and is dedicated to creating safe, supportive, and nurturing environments for residents and their families. She leads by example, inspiring those around her to uphold the highest standards and to always place the individual needs and preferences of residents at the heart of everything they do.In her role, Leigh-Anne works collaboratively with management teams to oversee the smooth running of services, ensuring effective use of resources, maintaining compliance, and promoting continuous improvement across all areas of care.

I am deeply committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care, and always place dignity, empty and respect at the centre of my practice. My goal is to help residents feel comfortable, supported and truly at home, and I strive each day to make their lives meaningful.

I am passionate about supporting colleagues, fostering a positive team culture, and encouraging best practice in clinical care. I take pride in mentoring colleagues, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring high quality care delivery across the service.

In my spare time I enjoy reading, DIY, travelling and spending quality time with family and friends.“

With many years of experience, I cater for all dietary requirements while maintaining the highest standards in environmental health, food safety, and hygiene.

I play an active role in helping all colleagues create a homely atmosphere in which to provide the best possible care. This supports the smooth day-to-day running of our home and I work closely with our other Carers and our Home Manager to constantly improve our service.

I’m also one of Northleach Court’s Dementia Champions, having had additional training in dementia, how it works and strategies for dealing with the challenges that dementia can bring. I use this knowledge and experience every day by supporting residents and our team, guiding them with best practice and additional dementia training.
