In a beautiful, thoughtfully extended Victorian rectory next to the ancient Church of St Bartholomew, our highly trained and compassionate team will offer you exceptional, personalised care, making you an integral and valued part of our “Holmer Manor Family.”
We make sure that our expert team has as much time as possible to spend with you, supported by the latest in care technology. As part of a small group of six care homes, every aspect of life and care is ultimately overseen and monitored by our family owners. However it’s the Registered Manager Kate and Deputy Manager Tracy who are in the day-to-day driving seat and they are readily available to provide support and answer the queries of you and your loved ones, while ensuring your wellbeing is enhanced using state-of-the-art care technology.
As a family-owned care home, we are committed to creating a place you can truly call home, helping you feel safe and happy whilst enjoying a high quality of life with expert support and care. Visits from friends and family are always welcome, with no set visiting hours and complimentary afternoon tea and other meals on offer for all visitors.
Bespoke care plans
For every resident choosing to make Holmer Manor their new home, our trained care team creates a bespoke 18-section care plan catering to your individual medical needs and personal preferences. These care plans are constantly reviewed and updated and are available for families to view via the online Family Portal—where loved ones can also stay up-to-date with real time entries on the support and care that our team provides, including activities, meals, medication and more. We put the highest priority on ensuring that your health and wellbeing are nurtured through dedicated and supportive team members, engaging activities, excellent food and expert medical care.
Personalised rooms
You’ll have a spacious, well-appointed room to personalise with pictures and small items of furniture, as well comfortable and well-decorated communal living spaces. You’ll have regular visits from local healthcare specialists and holistic professionals. And you’ll have a choice of activities and experiences to enjoy—or not, if you would prefer to have a quiet day.
