Who is Couples Care for?
Each Heartlands Care home is a comfortable, welcoming choice of home for life. At each of our six homes, we offer exceptional accommodation, personal support and residential care for married couples, partners and friends, whether one or both of you require specialist care and assistance.
We offer sensitive support and care for couples where one partner may no longer be able to provide the level of care they would like to or that the other needs. We provide a safe, homely environment to enable you to continue living together.
What to expect from Couples Care:
Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional residential care for couples, ensuring that each of you receives personalised support tailored to your specific needs, all in a peaceful location.
As specialists in dementia care, we offer expert services for couples where one or both individuals are living with dementia. Our compassionate, highly-skilled team is available 24/7 to assist with daily activities, medication management and personal care.
Your care:
Our ethos is to help you live with as much independence as possible. We develop bespoke care plans in collaboration with you, your family and medical professionals, considering all aspects of your health and wellbeing.
Your accommodation:
You’ll benefit from comfortable, spacious accommodation furnished with either a double bed or twin beds, whichever you prefer. To help you settle into your new forever home, we encourage you to bring your own photographs, ornaments and small pieces of furniture to make your room truly yours.
Your daily life:
Here you’ll have access to fantastic facilities, with engaging activities designed to promote social interaction, mental stimulation, and physical wellbeing. As a family-run business, we actively welcome visits from loved ones and are delighted to have them involved.
