The skilled and caring team at Evendine House Care Home has over 30 years of care knowledge and experience. All members of our care team are fully qualified and passionate about what they do. We also have staff that are trained in providing specialist care for dementia and Alzheimer’s.

At Evendine House Care Home we are committed to providing the best possible care to our residents. Each member of staff is highly skilled and supported in their continuing professional development to keep them up-to-date with the latest care approaches and offer our residents the highest quality care we can.

All our staff wear a uniform, the colour of which reflects their role at Evendine House. By doing so, residents and their families can easily identify members of staff and their responsibilities.

Kirsty Peplow

Registered Manager

I am the registered manager here at Evendine, I have been here since 2019. I have been in the care industry 22 years. I am passionate about providing high quality person-centred care. I love meeting new people and striving for new challenges. Here at Evendine all our staff and management team will go above and beyond to provide the best possible care. We work as a team here at Evendine and provide support and guidance to anybody who may need this our door is always open. We love having a close relationship with our residents and their families to help us provide the best person-centred care possible. Myself and Lydia, our deputy, are always more than happy to help should you require any assistance.

Lydia Agius

Deputy Manager

I am the deputy manager at Evendine, and I have been at Evendine since 2013. During this time, I have progressed to deputy manager which involves supporting the manager with overall running of the home and supporting our team to provide quality person-centred care to our lovely residents. I am passionate about ensuring our residents have excellent care and providing a fun homely environment. I am medication lead here at Evendine and oversee all medication for our residents which I really enjoy. I enjoy a challenge and learning new skills.

Kingsley Ifenacho

Senior Carer Assistant

My name is Kingsley I, I have been in the health care sector for over 6 years, and I am a Senior care assistant at Evendine, where I have been employed since 2024. During this period, I have significantly developed my knowledge and skills in care, enabling me to better understand residents and respond effectively to their individual needs. I am a positive, self-motivated, and collaborative professional who recognises the importance of accuracy and attention to detail in the workplace.

I am medication-trained at Evendine and responsible for administering medication to residents as required. I take great pride in this role, as I am highly passionate about my work and committed to delivering safe and effective care.

My strong self-discipline and work ethic allow me to effectively support carers in providing high-quality, person-centred care to all residents. I enjoy taking on new challenges and continuously developing my skills.

Gladys Muhammed

Senior Carer Assistant

I am a senior care assistant here at Evendine. I have been here since May, 2023. I contribute and adhere to the development of individual care plans in relation to hygiene, bathing, continence management, mobility, feeding, dressing and general care.

I also administer medications to our residents in accordance with their needs and taking full account of the Medication Policy. Also, I provide physical and emotional support for the residents of the home, maintaining high standards of care and supervision of daily routine.

I help to provide a stable and caring environment that underpins the residents’ emotional and psychological well-being. I also take charge of a shift, and responsible for the smooth running of the service while on duty

I am a senior care assistant at Evendine House and have been part of the team since 2022. Before joining Evendine I worked as a nurse in India, which has given me a strong clinical background and a deep understanding of providing safe, compassionate and person-centred care. In my role, I support the residents with their daily needs while also guiding and supporting to ensure high standards are maintained at all times. I am passionate about delivering quality care that respects each resident’s dignity, independence along with individual choices. I enjoy building meaningful relationships with the residents and their families and I take pride in being part of a supportive team that always strives to provide the best care possible.

My name is Hannah and I have worked for Evendine house care home for over a year now. I am one of the senior care assistants. I enjoy providing compassionate, person-centred care to residents while supporting and guiding other care staff. I assist with daily living needs, promote dignity and independence, and help ensure residents feel safe, valued, and comfortable. I enjoy my job role because it allows me to make a positive difference in people’s lives, build meaningful relationships with residents and family and also support the team in delivering high-quality care every day.

I am a Health Care Assistant at Evendine House and have been part of the team since 2023. I am passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care and supporting residents to live with dignity, independence, and choice. I support residents with personal care, mobility, mealtimes, daily activities, and overall wellbeing. I enjoy building strong, trusting relationships with our residents and their families and always aim to create a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment. I take pride in maintaining high standards of care and hygiene and in following all policies and procedures. I am a friendly, caring person who enjoys learning new skills and working as part of a dedicated team to ensure our residents feel comfortable, valued, and well cared for every day.

I’m Lydia Kazembe a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant. I’ve worked at Evendine Care Home since 2023. I have several years’ experience in residential, nursing and dementia settings. I aim to deliver top quality, person-centred care to all our residents.

My name is Manjunath and I am employed as a carer at Evendine House and have worked here since 2023. My responsibilities include supporting and assisting residents with all aspects of care.

I am a Care Assistant in Evendine House, and I have been in my current role since 2024. Having a passion for the role, I provide emotional and physical support for the residents to make them feel safe and lovable. In Evendine, teamwork makes the daily tasks manageable and enjoyable.

My name is Julie Winters. I have been a Care Assistant at Evendine house since 2021. I like working at Evendine House as it is a smaller private care home. The atmosphere is warm and friendly at Evendine House. This enables us to deliver a more person-centred approach and a higher-level quality of care.

I am a carer and I have been working at Evendine for the past year, during which time I have been committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. We focus on understanding each resident’s individual needs, preferences, and routines so they feel respected, safe, and valued. Through consistent support, compassion, and teamwork, we have built strong bonds with our residents as well as trusting relationships with their families, ensuring everyone feels involved, supported, and confident in the care we provide.

My name is Debbie Clarke I have been at Evendine since 2020, I came on board as the second cook, however I am now the head cook. I love my job and interacting with all of our lovely residents and also enjoy cake making with them. I have been in the catering industry for the last 30 years in various roles, but my happiest times have been working here at Evendine and I hope to fulfil my catering career here at Evendine until I retire and require a bed.

I have worked at Evendine House for nine months now and have loved every second. The staff and residents are lovely and make every second the best it can possibly be. I started off in an activity role and decided I wanted to work as a Care Assistant.

Wellbeing worker

I am one of the Wellbeing Coordinators here at Evendine, and I have been in this role for since 2025. My role focuses on supporting the emotional, social, and physical well-being of our residents by creating activities and experiences that are tailored to each individual. I am passionate about person-centred care and enjoy getting to know our residents, their life stories, and what truly matters to them. I work closely with the care team to ensure residents feel happy, engaged, and supported every day. I find my role extremely rewarding and love seeing the positive impact wellbeing activities have on our residents’ quality of life.

Lynette Fredericks

My name is Lynette and I joined the family here at Evendine in October 2025 as a wellbeing worker, working alongside Amber. I was previously a wellbeing worker, and I have been a senior care assistant. I am trained in massage which definitely helps me in my role, as I am able to offer all types of massages to the residents. I am fun-loving, slightly crazy and full of love and compassion. The residents are my family, and I am privileged to be part of their lives.

Felicity Wiggins

I started at Evendine as a domestic assistant in September 2025 with several years of experience in the healthcare sector behind me. I am dedicated to maintaining a safe and supportive environment for our residents. My background includes working as a healthcare assistant at Ledbury ICU, a role that instilled in me a deep understanding of clinical safety and the importance of a pristine environment.

I have been working as a cleaner at Evendine care home since 2023. I enjoy interacting with the residents, they are a joy to talk to and I love listening to their life stories. I like keeping their home clean and tidy for them.

Deborah Agius

I’ve worked here at Evendine since 2018, my role here is Laundry but I also do care and other roles, having worked in this industry for 20 years. I love my role here: I get to be with our amazing residents and listen to their stories of life past and present.

My team colleagues are good and varied people who offer support to both staff and residents whilst being professional and caring. I love being around them!
